fix error: require_relative fetch file not found #7

fix this issue #6 by adding lib/useragents/fetch.rb and and lib/useragents.txt to the gemspec file

@PikachuEXE you can install this gem from my fork, that fix the problem.

Thanks for that I am using 0.1.4 for now
