Folding comparison contact maps #141

So-called "green lawn" plots. In the folding stage, make or have the ability to make a contact map for each individual structural model with the following:

  1. The contacts in that folded model
  2. The contacts in the real crystal(s) as comparison
  3. The ECs used for fold.

Generate this for the top 10 folded models (or give users ability to modify). This is useful for troubleshooting folding.

Should we aim at having this in the next release or can it wait until the one after that, or even future?
