AutoRate for windows? #5

I don't know if you know me, but I'm Big_Berny and developed a very similar 
add-on for the music player mediamonkey:

Now I wanted to ask if it's theoretically possible to port autorate to 
windows? Because if yes I'd be interested in helping you.

No, it isn't. There is no scripting interface to iTunes in windows, that I am 
aware 
of. With that said, there may be some way around that but I have NO idea how. 
In 
terms of the math, the statistics, etc - if you can find a way to change 
ratings in 
iTunes for windows, then yeah for sure. I'm not willing to do it though.
