Setup auto update in packagist for quick releases #27

In https://packagist.org/packages/debesha/doctrine-hydration-profiler-bundle

The package shows "This package is not auto-updated" so we cannot get last releases from packages (composer) by this, for example with 1.3.9 version not displayed

Yes, indeed. Anyway, published
