[BUG] Fix DebiAI-PY env url not working if '/' is missing or if '/#/' is at the end of the url #166

Describe the bug DEBIAI_BACKEND_URL = "http://localhost:3000" and DEBIAI_BACKEND_URL = "http://localhost:3000/#/"

doesn't work and should work if a local DebiAI instance is running

Also: "http://localhost:3000 " should work
