[BUG] Improve env url inputs for web data provider #208

Describe the bug Can't create a web data provider this adress : http://localhost:3010/debiai/

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Debiai project page'
  2. Click on Data Providers
  3. Click on New Data Provider and enter your url
  4. See error
