Utterscroll starts scrolling when using scrollbars in IE11 #7

When I click or drag the scrollbars in IE11, Utterscroll starts scrolling. But Utterscroll is supposed to ignore the scrollbars (I don't want to use Utterscroll and the scrollbars at the very same time :-P )
