received errors when running the example playbook from docs /etc/pki directories did not exist on the hosts when the task to create the /etc/pki/.gitignore files

yml format updated.. this appears to be correct permissions for directory

so..

it seems that when run alongside other debops roles this task isn't necessary.. but when run using the example playbook from the doc this seems to be necessary..

I've not the time to experiment with it to really nail down the culprit.. but i guess it can't hurt to have it here..
