reworked plugin can now be dynamically added rules

@le9i0nx That's a very nice rewrite, thanks! Logs in DebOps are a bit neglected so I'm glad you improved the role. I would split the default pool into more manageable parts, but that could be done later. Good job. :-) Waiting for your revised commits.
