Unfortunately, we've been unable to correctly insert the 256 px icon into the .ico file.
Could you investigate, and resolve this?
The end product will be a PR that contains versions of the 3 .ico files that include all the px sizes necessary for the .ico format:
16x16, 32x32, 48x48, 256x256

We've got a set of multi-resolution Debrief icons, to be registered on MS Windows as the Debrief file type: https://github.com/debrief/debrief-icons/tree/master/ico
The contributing PNG files are in the png sub-folder: https://github.com/debrief/debrief-icons/tree/master/ico/png
