New icon for Debrief-Lite #48

We're producing a "lightweight" version of Debrief, for occasional users.

Here's what it currently looks like:

We're currently re-using the Debrief icon for it, but I'd like us to use a slightly changed version.

Here is the master for the current icon: https://github.com/debrief/debrief-icons/blob/master/raw/48px_icon.ai

These are the possible changes:

the new app is lighter, so we could make the shades lighter
the new app is lighter, so we could make the lines thinner
we could just reverse the blue & red shades

Any other suggestions @hlaposhka ?
