Add seven new icons #85

Fixes #84

I have added 7 icons. Do you need red and blue versions for these icons?

Thanks Yana, no I won't need them. Since I asked you to do the red/blue versions, the users have explained they'll need lots of colors - so it's better to just have white, and use CSS background to give them colors.

@IanMayo I added an index page and drew an fixed-wing-aircraft icon without mpa sensor, since there was an uneven edge
