Create debt collectors dataset #216

Right now, we ask users to fill debt collector information for a Dispute, but in order to have a better user experience, we want to provide autocompletion for this info.

In order to do this, we need to extract a dataset that contains some of the most common debt collectors.

Tasks

[ ] Research how and where we can get this data.
[ ] Create a dataset in .csv, .sql or .json format. (.sql prefered)

Acceptance criteria

We have a dataset of debt collectors we can use in one of the formats mentioned above.
