Redirect www.debtcollective.org to debtcollective.org and force HTTPS #236

Right now www.debtcollective.org doesn't resolve to anything. We need to redirect to non-www domain and force HTTPS.

Tasks

[ ] Configure Cloudfront and S3 to make the redirection correctly

Acceptance criteria

www.debtcollective.org should redirect to debtcollective.org
http protocol should redirect to https
