General Debt Dispute: Take Users Directly to that Dispute when they select it. #252

Currently, when users select Get Started on the DAD tool, they are routed to their MY DISPUTES page. They have to then click on NEW DISPUTE in order to get back to the DAD tool.

This is just an extra step that is confusing. When users click on GET STARTED, they should be taken directly to the tool.

Tasks

[ ] Redirect to the previous page the user visited after login

Acceptance Criteria

When users click on GET STARTED, they should be taken directly to the tool, not to the My Disputes page
