In https://github.com/debtcollective/parent/issues/193 we introduced custom badges for the community. We want the system to award these badges instead of an admin.
Hero Disputer This badge will be awarded after the user completes a Dispute using the tools app. We will create a disputers group and add users there after they complete their first dispute.

After that, we can create a custom query for the Hero Disputer like explained here https://meta.discourse.org/t/automatically-grant-a-badge-for-all-members-of-a-group/18147/10. This query will assign the badge to all the users of the disputers group
