Create a Preview of dispute letter in discourse #276

User's are not automatically clicking the link to download and read the dispute letter. Most users do not even know what the letter says that we mail on their behalf. The language of the letter is an important part of knowing their rights and organizing.

Can we set up discourse to display the letter. See image for suggestion. image

We should also review the language and see if what we are using is still the most effective.

This is a great idea! I really like it.

One approach to make this feature available is to convert the PDF to an image and embed it in the Discourse thread instead of the link. When the user clicks on the image it will take them to the PDF.
