Backend: Store "from" mail address for mail files in organisation #9

The "from" header in the mail address for *.eml files are configurable at the moment. This does not really make any sense if there is more than 1 organisation using this service.

Therefore, the mail address should be stored in the dinner (or later the organisation, once available).
