Port website to Jekyll #44

If you/we are planning on rebuilding the site it might be nice to do it using Jekyll (https://help.github.com/articles/about-github-pages-and-jekyll/). Even if the changes are minor it'll still set us up to be able to iterate faster by using basic templating, data YAML files, SASS, etc. Happy to help if this is the direction we want to go.

I think now that we're moving to multiple page site the Jekyll recommendation is a great one. And GitHub Pages supports it out of the box. Let's do it! Can we rename this task to "Port website to Jekyll" as a first step in advance of a redesign?
