Larger sizes of Istok have the descenders or top cut off in IE7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On a wordpress site place the link to the stylesheet in the header.php file
2. specify the Istock font for an element in the stylesheet (.css)
3. Make it a size larger than 24px

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The font should render normally, as it does in Firefox and Chrome, but instead 
the top or bottom is cut off in IE7.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows XP, IE 7, Firefox 5, Google Chrome 

Please provide any additional information below.
I am installing IE8 and will see if same problem exists

The font being cut off is not Istok (Arial Bold?).
