DG: Formatting of text should be improved #10

Right now certain sections are just a wall of text with minimal formatting efforts. Formatting should be used to improve readability.

DG should be detailed so that the reader can fully understand how the commands work.

Reason for disagreement: DG can be detailed without being hard to read through the use of whitespaces, sectioning text, bolding, italicizing, etc. Being not well formatted is considered a UG bug on the PE admin site.
