have tried to remake this folder as per instructions - set all sorts of privelleges etc ...

I keep getting this

/srv/zero-ui/zerotier-one': mkdir /srv/zero-ui: read-only file system

chmod 777 .inside the folder folder you are mounting into the container (on the host)
