unable to reorder 4 or subsequent columns. some kind of plugin conflict.

Describe the bug

I can reorder by dragging the 1st 3 columns, but further columns can not be moved, nor can prior columns bee moved to them. I tried this with a blank loom with just 5 cells, so I don't think it is the content of the cells.

With a fresh vault though it works, so I expect it is a plugin conflict, but I see no error messages in the console.

Not a biggie for me, but if anyone else experiences these maybe we can find the conflict.

Steps to reproduce

create new loom. make 5 columns. try to reorder the 4th column....

It looks like there was an issue with theisDraggable flag. That is now fixed in 8.11.1. If the issue persists, please comment again, and I will reopen this issue. Thanks :)
