win10 utf-8 excel import

Expected behavior

win10 I'd like to see better support for excel imports in UTF-8 format

Hi @LionYe. Could you post your data file? What version of DataLoom are you using?

ok, the version I'm using is 8.12.2 ; 台账.csv Data file as above

Thanks for that file! I was able to reproduce it. I will work on a fix in the next few days. I am finishing up another a few bugs right now. :)

@LionYe I took a look at the file and played around with the encoding a little. Are you certain that is this UTF-8? UTF-8 should be supported. Could you try reexporting the file?
