Thanks for reporting this. I guess the new URL is https://ubuntu.com/server/docs/security-introduction

Looks like the last proper snapshot on web.archive.org was in 2019: http://web.archive.org/web/20190601191442/https://help.ubuntu.com/lts/serverguide/security.html.en

There is also the Ubuntu Security Guide, which points to CIS benchmarks and DISA STIG: https://ubuntu.com/security/certifications/docs/usg
