As a downstream packager, I would appreciate it if dependencies are not added and changed all the time.

I fully understand that. Here the point is to reduce dependencies, so it should simplify your work (and ours). Moreover, oletools is still under development, so refactoring will happen. Thanks for your packaging work! 👍
