As a developer/site owner I can have meta tags included in my website that are concise and effective to tell search engines important information about the site so that the website has better visibility on search engines

Acceptance Criteria

• Research should be used to determine what meta tags to use
• Meta tags should be relevant and concise

Tasks

• [x] Compile meta tags using appropriate resources
• [x] Include meta tags in base html file
