Preview pane scrolling in the Safari browser #7085

Describe the bug After resizing the windows in the editor, the scrolling in the preview pane is not working for Safari browser.

To Reproduce

  1. Open a doc in Decap
  2. Toggle Preview
  3. Scroll Preview pane
  4. Resize editor by vertical
  5. Try to scroll Preview pane again
