Update dependencies

This PR removes some vulnerabilities and peer mismatches. It's not going to eliminate all, but it's a start.

This is a second try as #7264 was reverted due to an infinite loop error when running npm install decap-cms

• run npm audit fix
• remove create-react-class
• remove axios
• update nodemon, react-codemirror2, globby
• allow react 17 as peer dependency
