There were serveral strings that felt off / broken in the Czech translation of Decap, and several strings were missing. This PR attempts to remedy this.
To check which strings are missing, I used this script.
Details of specific changes made
#### "New {collection label}"
- 🔙 formerly: _"Nový {collection label}"_
- ✨ now: _"Přidat"_
- 🧠 rationale: _Czech uses declension, which means "Přidat X" or "Nový X" will always be wrong for X in nominative plural. This results in funny/broken sounding buttons at best, incomprehensible or misleading buttons at worst. Getting rid of the collection label is okay, as the button is right next to the collection title, so it's not likely to introduce a misunderstanding._
#### status
- 🔙 formerly: _either "status" or "stav"_
- ✨ now: _stav_
- 🧠 rationale: _Unify the translations, use "stav", which is a more common word._
#### workflow, editorial workflow
- 🔙 formerly: _workflow, schvalovací workflow_
- ✨ now: _schvalování, schvalovací proces_
- 🧠 rationale: _Get rid of the English "workflow", which doesn't have a straightforward translation. Instead use "schvalování" (approval) and "schvalovací proces" (approval process), these should communicate the right concept even for people who don't speak English._
#### entry
- 🔙 formerly: _záznam_
- ✨ now: _položka_
- 🧠 rationale: _While "záznam" (lit. "record") is probably fine for most users, but our team stil thinks it might be misleading to some, so we chose the less specific "položka" (lit. "item"), which should be fine in all contexts._
#### Are you sure ...
- 🔙 formerly: _Chcete opravdu ..._
- ✨ now: _Opravdu chcete ..._
- 🧠 rationale: _The new word order sounds more natural, as it puts a natural emphasis on "opravdu" ("really")._
#### Please save before ...
- 🔙 formerly: _Prosím uložte je před ..._
- ✨ now: _Před ... je prosím uložte._
- 🧠 rationale: _The new word order sounds more natural._
