- Summary

https://identity-js.netlify.com/v1/netlify-identity-widget.js results in a 404 error.
Adjusting the URL to https://identity.netlify.com/v1/netlify-identity-widget.js fixes the problem

Load /admin and see no errors to load NetlifyIdentityWidget JS
