Collapsable sidebars #220

Being able to collapse the sidebars would be very handy for people who are tight on horizontal space, like mobile users or anyone on a thin/low-resolution desktop screen.

I think it makes sense to still display profile pictures when the user list is collapsed. (Maybe only online ones? Without the text, it'll be less obvious who's online and who isn't.)

I like this. While we're working on the sidebars, we should also take a look at making the client easy to use on mobile.

The most logical way to open the sidebar would be with a hamburger menu in the top left corner. However, in order to do that, it seems logical to also include a bar running across the top of the screen with the current channel name and other info that might usually be found in the sidebar. I'll have a poke around and see if I can come up with a nice design...

@PullJosh Maybe even something as simple as clicking on the server name brings down the menu corresponding to that server?
