Add tests for Usul functionality to `Fractal-Usul` #16

@mudrila what were you planning for this? To test the methods we overrode on Usul, or to test the whole of Usul?

I'm not sure we need to test Usul itself unless we've modified the functionality.

The idea was to cover Usul contract with tests - cause original contract don't have tests coverage.

Closing this and will include testing in a future issue ticket for our planned Usul forking..
