Goerli deployment #5

Description

This PR: 1) Updates the deploy scripts based on the current contracts 2) Deploys the contracts to Goerli

Notes

This PR doesn't change any functionality within the contracts or tests. It just updates the deploy scripts, and deploys the contracts to Goerli. The newly deployed contracts can be found within the deployments folder.
