Remove sepolia deploy and update README doc #63

Description

Removed Sepolia deployment for now
Updated package-lock, it seemed to be missing the latest when I ran npm install
Updated natspec docs, since a few things changed during the audit
Updated README to detail verifying on Etherscan

Notes

Removing sepolia from the NPM package will come when mainnet deploy also requires a version update.
