`[roles-0.1.0]` Initialize Roles

Need some UI on the new Roles page that does some stuff:

Eventually, it needs to determine which Hat tree belongs to a given Safe. There are some steps it can go through to figure out what's up.

There are 4 states a Safe could be in

1. Has explicitly set their Tree ID. this is good this is what we want.
2. Is the wearer of 0 Top Hats
3. Is the wearer of 1 Top Hats
4. Is the wearer of > 1 Top Hats

• Look for HatsTreeId record (or whatever) in KeyValuePairs
  • if found, that's the tree ID, run it.
• No explicit Tree ID set yet, so call the subgraph to find all Top Hats worn by the Safe
  • if result.length == 0, prompt the user to Initialize their Roles functionality by creating a new Top Hat
  • If result.length == 1, prompt the user to create KeyValuePairs record
  • if result.length > 1, prompt the user to select which Hat Tree to associate with their Safe via creation of new KeyValuePairs record
