Active payments not showing on desktop

• As the title says, active payment is not showing on desktop.
• The little green counter does show up but it shows 0
• Safe is here: sep:0x5ecB0Cb2002Db1EF86D92DcA9963839982cDEe15
• I created Safe, role, and added payment on mobile (iOS, Safari, Coinbase Wallet)
• Desktop is mac OS, Arc browser

Update: same behavior on a newly created Safe with newly created roles:

Desktop shows 0 active payments while mobile shows accurately 1 payment for each role. *Desktop did show active payments briefly while I was adding payment to 2nd role (after saving but before creating proposal)

Another update: active payments show when switching from desktop to mobile view while in same browser (see video)
