Pie chart for bounty distribution #265

The shares within domains (GOV, FUND, SOCIAL, BUIDL could be more) should be showed graphically. This part is now looks as list of domains with the numbers of DF token in each domain.

Pretty simple when we have four domains. More complex with five or more.
