Find a 3d model of a character. The model can come from a free site like Google Poly or Sketchfab. Ideally, the character shouldn't have the same limb-disposition as a human, so as not to overlap with our other bounty using more automatic methods.
Import the model into Blender. Add a skeletal armature to the model, make sure that the model responds as expected to moving its bones, otherwise polish it in weight paint mode.
Store at least two different animations for the model
Import your model into a Decentraland scene
Add some basic interaction to trigger the different animations. For example have the model move with a default animation but switch to the other animation when the user is close to it.
Preview the scene and show how the character changes animations
