Templates: Teamplte Cards could support titles with up to two lines of text #151

Describe the bug Currently, Template Cards cut into an ellipsis when reaching the end of the first line of text. Supporting up to two lines of text could be very useful.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to Scenes
  2. Create a new Scene
  3. Notice that the current limit for Template Card Titles is one line of text

Expected behavior Support up to two lines of text in Template Cards instead of just one.
