Ofent creators have requested to have a monospace font option, this enables certain use cases where the width of a text element can be easily calculated based on character length.
Today, both available font options are almost identical. I can't tell them apart.
If having multiple fonts has a high cost and we're only going to have two of them, perhaps we can change one of them for a monospace option.
We should support having 3 main options
Serif -> Noto Serif (Already added to Unity-Renderer for non-latin) selected by @RominaMarchetti
Sans-serif -> Inter UI (Already added to Unity-Renderer)
Monospace -> Noto Sans Mono selected by @RominaMarchetti
We should also have a bold and an italic option for at least one of them
The engine then maps these to their own chosen fonts
