[QA] Creator Hub Scene Deploy Fail #293

Explorer Alpha build versions:

0.7.1.0 Creator Hub

Issue Description:

Issues with deploying scene:

  1. Can not change deploy parcel list in hub, pressing the confirm button after changing the parcel coordinates does nothing. Only able to fix this by opening VScode to manually change.
  2. Upon deploy, getting "Failed To Deploy Scene" error in linker app. See attached console log screenshot.

Expected behaviour:

  1. Should be able to update parcel list in hub.
  2. Deploy success.
