[1.6] Add new userMenu to docs #83

This project does not have userMenu yet

Rabbit hole: The Docs page has a unique implementation that doesn't easily allow for the reuse of the 'Sign In' and 'avatar pic + drop down' components. While consistency is important, it's not worth investing effort in creating a specific implementation for this use case. Moreover, this issue isn't a blocker for aligning the other sections. So, we can proceed with those while leaving the Docs page as it is for now.
