  2. This will be a haven for all who wanna come chill. There'll be 84 stand-up arcades, ping pong, billiards, pinball machines, game tables for: D&D, board/card games/pretty much any game, a stage for stand-up comedy/storytelling/music/sharing, art that I love and have made all along the walls and floors, Listening stations with all of my records available to pull out of the record sleeve and put onto a digital record player, my room, a viewing room where I show my favorite TV shows/movies/videos through the years, an outside area with chairs and a trampoline, and benches!! Everyone who joins the district can make their own chill zones within The Chill Zone.

  5. I'd love to generate revenue from this place. I'm putting a ton of work into it. It's gonna be so awesome!

  7. The Chill Zone can be anywhere from 10 - 420 parcels. I was able to purchase 5 parcels of land for my portion of The Chill Zone. If anyone wants to join the district, reach out and we'll chat about it.
  8. I require a roof over my head, internet, and my HTC Vive and computer. I just signed a notice-to-vacate yesterday, so I might end up creating The Chill Zone in a living room!
  9. Start-up funds will have to just come from me I guess. I'm working hard on my VR projects, some writing and other freelance gigs I can get, but my money well has run dry.
  10. Others would see a return in fun. If you want to contribute, reach out and we'll talk about it. As of now it's just a fun venue I want to have. Again, everyone can have their own chill venue. VR has allowed that.

It'll also be a haven for stoners cause I'm all about that and it further shows the chill vibe I want to portray and maintain.
