DAEDONG TOWN 소개
We are planning to design a city that best represents the beautiful Korean Culture at Decentraland.Our main objective is to design the most beautiful city.Beautiful cities can attract tourists, and cities full of tourists will naturally develop.ourists will have the opportunity to experience the elgant and unique Korean culture in this city.There will be two parts to the district.: central and outer. Central district will become a residential area, while the outer district will be full of nightlife entertainments.Detailed description of districts are written below:
저희는 한국의 문화를 가장 아름답게 표현한 도시를 Decentraland에 만들려고 합니다. 저희 도시의 첫 번째 목표는 가장 아름다운 도시입니다. 가장 아름도운 도시는 관광객으로 하여금 한번쯤은 도시에 방문하게 합니다. 사람들이 많이 모이는 도시는 자연스럽게 발전할 수밖에 없다고 생각합니다. 이렇게 방문한 사람들은 한국에 직접 방문하는 것보다 더 좋은 한국에 대한 경험이 가능할 것입니다. district는 총 2개의 파트로 나뉠 것입니다. 중심부와 그 외각 지역으로 말이죠 중심부는 주거 지역이 되고 외각 지역은 유흥 지역이 될 것입니다. 그리고 district에 대한 설명은 아래에 덧붙이겠습니다.
district description
1) 성문과 성벽
Gates and walls
동서남북에 하나씩 성문을 만들고 그것을 잇는 성벽을 만들기로 했습니다. 서울을 대표로 하는 성문을 짓는 것과 동시에 관광객들이 도시에 대한 경외감을 느낄 수 있게 하는 첫 번째 요소이고 타운에 들어오고자 하는 사람들에게 관광료를 얻을 수 있도록 하는 통로가 될 것입니다. 성벽 중간 중간에 차로를 만듦으로써 교통 문제가 성벽으로 인해 발생하지 않게 할 것입니다. 성벽 디자인은 전통적인 것 그대로 일수도 있겠지만 다양한 수익적 관점에서 디자인 측면에서 바뀔 수 있습니다. 예를 들어, 전광판 형식을 설치하거나, 성벽에 기업들 이름을 하나씩 채우거나와 같이 말이죠.
I decided to make a castle gate in the east, west, north, and sorth, and we will connect it with wall. It is the first element that allows tourists to feel the awe of the city at the same time as constructing the gates that represent Seoul, and it will be a channel to get the tourist fee to those who want to enter the town. By creating a lane from the middle of the wall, traffic problems will not be caused by walls. Wall design can be traditional, but it can change in terms of design from a variety of profit points. For example, we can install an electronic signboard or fill in the names of companies on the walls.
2) 주거 지역

타운에 살고자 하는 사람들을 위해 중심부에 한옥 양식을 반영하는 고층 한국식 빌딩을 지을 것입니다. 이것은 저희 타운을 대표하는 건물이 될 것입니다. 위 사진은 부산에 실존하는 한옥식 호텔로 이러한 식으로 한옥과 현대미를 적절하게 섞은 주거 공간을 만들 것입니다. 시민권을 가지고 살고자하는 사람들만이 입주할 수 있습니다 즉, 시민권을 구매한 사람들만이 이 아파트에 입주할 권리를 갖게 되는 것이죠. 랜드를 투자하시는 분들은 이곳에 들어올 청약권을 먼저 갖게 되는 혜택이 존재할 것입니다.
For those who want to live in town, we will build a high-rise Korean building that reflects the hanok style in the center. This will be a representative building for our town. The above picture is Hanok style Hotel, which is located in Busan. This way, we will create a residential space that mixes Korean and modern style appropriately. People who want to live must have citizenship which will cost some mana. This means that only people who bought citizenship have the right to move into this apartment. Investors who stake Land will have the benefit of having a subscription right here.

가상 세계 안에서 패션 사업은 현실에 존재하는 많은 기업들을 끌어들일 수 있는 좋은 유인 수단이 됩니다. 현실에서 직접 가서 입어볼 수 없는 것을 가상 세계에서 입어봄으로써 새로운 구매 패턴으로 자리 잡을 수도 있다고 생각합니다. 또한 가상 세계 안에서의 유행이 현실에서의 유행을 이끌어 낼 수 있는 가장 유망한 산업이라고 생각합니다. 새로운 브랜드를 가상세계에서 런칭한 후 이것을 하나의 도시를 비롯하여 다양한 도시에 유행을 시키고 현실에서도 런칭해서 현실 사업으로 바꾸는 것도 가능하다고 생각합니다. 이 도시의 핵심이 디자인과 아름다움에 큰 비중을 둔다는 것을 기반으로 도시를 하나의 아름다운 이미지로 만들어 자체 브랜드를 만들뿐만 아니라 패션 스트리트의 형태 동네를 만들어 다양한 의류 브랜드들이 입주하도록 하는 것이 목표입니다.
Within the virtual world, fashion business is a good incentive to attract many businesses in the real world. I think we can make a new purchase pattern by putting clothes store in the virtual world . We also think that fashion in the virtual world is the most promising industry that can bring out the trend in reality. I think it is possible to launch a new brand in a virtual world and then make it popular in one city and various cities, and launch it in real life to turn it into a real world’s business. Based on the fact that the core of this city is heavily weighted on design and beauty, the goal is to create a beautiful image of the city and make its own brand, as well as make own fashion brand and contact to real apparel brands to brands move in.

강남에서 빼놓을 수 없는 것이 유흥입니다. 이곳을 만듦에 있어서 평범하게 라스베거스를 벤치마킹하는 것이 아닌 화려하면서도 한국의 정취를 느낄 수 있도록 디자인에 더 각별히 신경을 써서 건설할 것입니다. 이곳은 클럽, 도박장, 호텔 들이 들어서게 될 것입니다. 클럽과 도박장이 호텔의 하위 구조로 들어가게 하는 것이 핵심 목표가 될 것입니다. 도박은 아직 법적 근거가 어떻게 될지 모르기 때문에 후에 조정될 수 있습니다. 하지만 강남과 같은 핵심 유흥의 중심지가 될 것이기 때문에 수익의 핵심 발생지라 할 수 있겠습니다.
It is a nightlife that Kangnam can not miss. I would like to build this place by taking care not only of Benchmarking Las Vegas, but also of korean design, so that I can feel Korea's feelings. This is where clubs, gambling halls, and hotels will pop. Visitiors will stay in here to enjoy our beautiful town. The key goal is to have clubs and gambling sites enter the hotel's infrastructure. Gambling can be adjusted later because we do not know what the legal basis is yet. However, it will be a key entertainment center which makes the most profit of the city.

중심 지역을 통해 외부로 나갈 수 있도록 도로를 낼 것입니다. 각각의 성문들 사이에 통로가 있어서 총 4개의 도로를 만들 계획입니다. 도로는 지상에 있거나 지하에 있을 수도 있고 정확한 것은 없습니다. 가상세계인 만큼 현실에서 불가능한 수단도 교통수단으로 가능하기 때문에 어떠한 수단으로 이동하게 될지는 미지입니다. 예를 들어, 엘론 머스크가 말했던 지하 차로와 같이 말입니다. 그런 것들을 실현하여 교통 문제에 있어서만큼은 현실에서 발생하는 문제가 발생하지 않도록 사회 구조를 짜볼 예정입니다.
We will drive the road out through the central area. There is a passage between each gates, and we plan to make a total of four roads. Roads can be on the ground or underground, but nothing is accurate. As far as the virtual world is concerned, it is unknown how to move by any means because it is possible to use means that are impossible in reality. 투자 수익에 대해 땅을 랜딩한 사람들에게 돌려주고 일부는 개발진들이 직접관리하면서 도시 개발을 위해 저축합니다. 그리고 땅을 빌려준 사람들은 각각이 이 도시를 대표하는 주주가 되고 이 권리는 나중에 사고 파는 것이 가능하도록 유동성을 제공하는 것이 또 다른 목표이기도 합니다. 또한 앞서 말했던 중앙에 집중되어 있는 주거 주택에 한해서 좋은 위치에 선 청약이 가능하도록 함으로써 한다. 수익에 관해서는 개발자와 나눌 것으로 예상되며 수익은 배분은 정해지지 않았습니다

Visiting citizens will be able to enter the country through gates or by means of transportation. People who go through the gate need to pay a certain fee. We will try to solve the problem that it takes a long time to arrive in case when many visitors come together. Visitors only need to submit tourist fees when they come in. This tourist fee can be adjusted later. The right to visitors will be divided between the right to be a part of this city and the right to a short-lived visitor.
3) 사업자 권리Business right
전반적인 시티 운영을 위해 사업을 진행하는 것에는 개발자들이 그 권리를 소유하고 있습니다. 하지만 건물을 건설하고 나서 각 층에서 사업을 진행하고 싶은 사람들을 위해 사업을 발주할 것입니다. 그리고 그들을 위한 권리가 이 권리입니다. 이 권리는 추후 사업자로 선택된 사람들이 사업을 진행하는 것을 가능하게 하는 것에 쓰일 것입니다. 사업자 권리를 취득하기 위해서는 타운 시민으로서 권리를 가지고 있어야 합니다.
Developers have the right to do business for the overall city operation. However, once the building is built, we will place a business order for those who want to do business on each floor. And the right for them is this right. This right will be used to enable people selected as future operators to conduct business. 만들고자 하는 시티에 아직 부족한 게 많습니다. 단순히 아이디어지만 땅을 모집하고 이 프로젝트에 집적 투자할 사람들을 찾아보고 개발자를 구해야 된다고 생각합니다. 하지만 가상 세계는 몇 년 안에 저희 삶에 성큼 다가올 것입니다. 한국의 아름다움을 표현하는 가장 아름다운 시티를 만들어 decentraland에 존재하는 최고의 시티 중 하나로 발전하는 것이 목표입니다. 아름다움을 기반으로 많은 사람들을 유치하고 최고의 수익을 내는 시티를 만들 것입니다. 이상적인 한국에서 삶을 살고 싶다면 투자하면 될 것 같습니다. decentraland의 가치를 믿으시는 분들은 천천히 그리고 성공하는 투자가 되시길 바랍니다.
There is still a shortage in the city I want to build. This is simply an idea, but I think we should recruit people and invest in the project. But the virtual world will come to life in a few years.
