Setting to disable GLTF previewer #70

Some users are reporting that they can't use other GLTF related extensions, and the only way to use them is disabling the whole DCL Editor extension. Having a setting to just disable that part would allow users to keep using the DCL editor with a different GLTF previewer/tooling.

Closing this issue since this can be workarounded by right clicking on the GLTF in the "Open Editors" section and selecting "Reopen Editor With..." and then selecting the editor that the user wants to use (ie. Text Editor, so glTF tools can be used from there).
