Shouldn't they be enabled by default if the scripting system works? If the scripting system is flexible enough, one could simply script a behaviour such as "purchase" on an item in a "virtual store" that would transfer the funds to the seller from the user account along with for example a ipfs hash to shipping adress if needed encrypted with the sellers pubkey
Decentraland should add tooling to allow online stores to easily open up storefronts. Imagine if Steam opened a virtual videogame store that you could walk into and browse, play a demo by walking through a portal, and checkout the game right there in order to add a similar portal to a wall in your house (think Mario 64 portraits). Apple would open a virtual itunes store, shortly followed by Netflix and Spotify who would all want a piece of the action. See many of these new online corporations dont have walk-in storefront locations because it doesnt make sense in the real world. It makes sense in the virtual world because they offer virtual services.
This tooling would include simple decentralized payment networks a la Bitcoin or Ether with API hooks that talked to the store providers servers to let them know when a customer purchased something.
