Decentraland coordinate naming #118

Brought it up in the slack channel briefly.

How it works

Create a DNS TXT record that converts to a coordinate. Users could create their own domain or subdomain to host content related to their land, the TXT record could also be used "in-world" to easily "travel" or teleport to a specific location. Names are better for humans :)

Similar or possibly a duplicate of #53 although I would prefer the decentralized method I have proposed. Any regular DNS record could be used as opposed to using central registry.
