Absolutely in agreement. 👍 from me. Also, a lot of the problem with sandboxes is that without purpose a lot of structures are just pure art due to not being built for a purpose. Things like this could act as a feature around which to build content - ie. a City Hall that contains records of which land belongs to which address, history of transactions etc - as well as current and past descriptions written by the LAND's owners.

Tier 2
Name: A Directory of LANDs, their focus, highlights and reviews
Purpose: To make the content within DCL more approachable, searchable, and curated
Description: As DCL grows there will be a need to identify the 'good' areas of LAND vs. the 'ho hum' areas. A searchable catalog / directory that allows LAND owners to write content describing / marketing their LAND, specifying tags that would allow interested viewers to more readily discover their content, user-contributed reviews, contact address or forms to provide the owner with feedback, etc. Note that this eventually can be serviced outside of DCL-maintained content, but initially it will be important to have some good searchable information for new visitors to be able to wrap their head around what is there, what might interest them, what other people think of it, etc.
