Proposal - Management Contract

Some owners only want to purchase land for speculation and won't/can't be bothered developing the land. To remedy this issue, I propose a smart contract that gives the owner the ability to delegate a manager. The manager cannot change the ownership of the land but have the ability to do all other functions. (Like build on it) The contract could also allow payment of a fee to the manager on a time basis or on completion of a particular milestone. This fee could be stored in escrow by the contract.

This would allow city builders who aren't owners to become employees/contractors and get paid in MANA thus further adding to the Decentraland economy while ensuring the city's build does not stagnate.

Owners can forget about things while they EMPLOY designers. I'm sure designers will make a very good living off this. Also, they will become familiar with the specifics of the platform. Early designers could further their incentive by creating online courses & video content with respect to decentraland design specifics & by-laws.

To further incentivise the designer/manager could take a cut of any future profits (sale, rent) Such a profit sharing scheme would ensure they are working for the best outcome.

They could even be paid by being issued part of the property. Example : A couple of floors in the skyscraper that they designed & managed.
